| Our Approach Flexibility and Value For Money We are flexible regarding the range of responsibilities we take on, from overseeing entire projects to supporting clients in specific activities only. We can therefore tailor our services to our clients’ requirements, maximising value for money. In our specialist sectors and services, we provide the type of experience and international reach usually offered by much larger firms, but do so at rates that reflect our more compact and efficient set-up. Client Service We are proud that a significant part of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. We believe this is due to our focus on client service, attention to detail, and the priority we give to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Independence and Confidentiality Although we have a wide network of corporate and banking contacts, we are a completely independent operation providing an impartial service to our clients in support of their fundraising and transaction activities. Our clients' trust is very important to us and we regard our clients' activities as strictly confidential. Risk Sharing We will become involved with projects only where we believe we can add value. Consequently we are usually willing to share with our clients the risk of success relating to the part of the project we are involved with. Where we are in overall charge of a project, we can structure our fees so that a significant part is conditional on successful completion. When we take on only part of a project, we are happy to link some of our fees to specific deliverables. Focus on Completion We take on relatively few mandates at any one time, and the majority of our fees are contingent on success. This gives us an unusually strong incentive to take on only projects we think we can complete successfully, and to do everything we can to do so. As a result we have a proactive and hands-on style, with the ultimate aim of achieving success, as defined by our clients. We also prefer to become involved early-on in the development of a project to make sure it is structured in the best way needed to increase the chances of success. |
